		<description>What type/kind of protein powder do you use?  I have just started to use protein powder and wondered if you have a recommendation for females.  I work out 5-6 times a week, plus play on a couple of competative sports teams, and would like to lose 10-15 lbs, and need to increase my protein intake  Soy or Whey?  Any recommended brands that I can locate easily?</description>
