I'm a sucker for a good glass of chocolate milk. Used to, I would have 4-5 glasses a day. Now I generally have 2, and on rare occasion 3 glasses a day. One thing I did manage to completely drop out of my diet is cereal...I haven't had a bowl of cereal in over a year now. I'm surprised I managed that, considering how I lived on cereal for breakfast for years.

Now if only I can find a way to break my sweet tea drinking ways...heheh.
